Andy was another example of the stereotypical skinny/fat physique. In the before pictures you see Andy had already been training for a couple of months and had made good progress I was just finished a few sets of push ups here laughs Andy as he recalls his before pictures, It seems ridiculous in hindsight, but these were actually taken as progress pictures says Andy. Upon viewing these progress pictures for the first time after 8 weeks of hard and consistent training and diet Andy found himself significantly under whelmed, I knew I had to seek the help of a pro and when I researched personal trainers in Belfast there was really no contest, I contacted Paul immediately! My strength and fitness went through the roof, I could never have previously pictured myself lifting weights that heavy or carrying this much muscle mass on my frame says a delighted Andy. Throughout the 12 weeks Paul recalls Andys reoccurring concerns that he was losing too much weight, Andy would say over and over again how people would ask him are you ok, you look like youre losing TOO much weight. "He was worried hed just look skinny in the end says Paul. But I knew from experience that this was a good sign, I could see the muscle thickness difference in him and I just kept reassuring him that so long as the weights he was lifting for reps kept going upward, so would his muscle mass. In the end Andy couldnt believe the results, I had no idea I looked like that until I saw the pictures, and I probably would never have fully known if I hadnt taken the pictures. |
