Paul is without doubt the best strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer in the country. You tell Paul what you want and he will give you the tools to achieve it. He tailors diets and training programs specific to your needs and you can be assured they will work. Each and every one of Paul's clients makes vast improvements. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy, other personal trainers just simply cannot show any evidence of coming close to, never mind equalling, the results that Paul produces. Approaching Paul for training and diet advice is one of the best decisions I have EVER made.
Train with Paul and you are guaranteed to better yourself every single day.
With about 25% body fat at 16st, he once led a life of drinking copious amounts of alcohol and ate nothing but junk food daily.
He began his training in April 2007 with the help of Paul McIlroy, also an LA Muscle sponsored athlete.
Ben managed to lose 42lbs of fat and gain 25lbs of muscle in his first twelve weeks of training.
In 9 months he gained a further 20 lbs of muscle and has become a World Record holding natural strength man in the process.
