When Paul & I had our first meeting and I described my goals to him along with a given time frame. He suggested that I do the Body For Life Challenge. The Body For Life Challenge is a 12-week long competition in which entrants aim to improve their physique as much as possible.

Taking into consideration my body composition and my physical goals, Paul provided me with a bespoke training & nutrition program. I received one-to-one training from Paul for the duration of the 12 weeks and during that time not only did my physique improve, but just as noticeably my energy levels, my mood and my mental strength was enhanced greatly, and the continual improvement of these factors became evident in my training as I was consistently performing to a high level in the gym with my weight training and also outside the gym with my cardiovascular training.

Although most of my time competing in the Body For Life Challenge was positive, there were times when it got so hard that I literally didn't think I could carry on. Fortunately for me I had Paul to confide in and he provided me with support, advice and motivation to push through the hard times. Without Paul's expertise and ability as a personal trainer/strength & conditioning coach, I would not have been able to attain such great results in the Body For Life Challenge. Currently Paul & I are concentrating on improving my strength and it is going extremely well. So obviously with that goal in mind Paul has again tailored me a structured training & nutrition program. My strength all round has been taken to another level especially with compound movements. Prior to the Body For Life Challenge I couldn't perform a single bodyweight chin-up whereas now I am doing weighted chin-ups for high reps.

My Bench Press has also improved drastically. Before I had been trained by Paul my one rep max on the Bench Press was 90kg, now I am able to do 10 sets of 5 reps at 92.5kg with no sign of stopping soon!! My training with Paul has literally changed my life for the better and I am confident his training methods can do the same for anyone wishing to improve not only their physique but, their overall quality of life. I am forever indebted to Paul for how he has helped me.
